Discount Deals 4U runs like an outlet floor. Prices are marked down hard and the operation stays lean, with nothing to process for returns and nothing to restock. Steep discounts are only possible because the model stays simple. A no-questions returns policy would push prices back up, so we keep it final-sale and let you keep the difference.
Every purchase is final. Once your order is placed and paid for, it can’t be returned, refunded, or exchanged for change of mind, sizing, or any other reason, with one exception: items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as described. This applies to everything we sell.
If your order arrives damaged, has a defect, or isn’t what you ordered, the final-sale rule doesn’t apply. We take returns and offer refunds for items like this. Email support@discountdeals4u.ca within 48 hours of delivery, include your order number and a photo of the problem, and we’ll sort it out. Once we confirm the fault is ours, we’ll arrange the return and refund what you paid, or replace the item if you’d prefer. Please check your order when it arrives; we can’t act on damage reported after that 48-hour window.
If you change your mind after ordering, the sale is still final. We can’t accept returns for that reason.
If you order the wrong size, the sale is still final. We can’t swap it or refund it. Please check the size chart and product details before you check out.
Sale items are final too. A discount doesn’t change this policy.
