We ship to Canada only. This page explains how shipping works and what to expect once you place an order.
We calculate shipping with Clickship at checkout. Rates come straight from our carriers, Canada Post, GLS, and UPS, and the price you see is live. It’s based on where your order is going, the weight of the box, and the service you pick. We don’t add handling fees on top.
We usually process orders within 1 to 2 business days. That’s the time it takes to pick, pack, and hand your order to the carrier. It doesn’t include delivery time.
Delivery times depend on the carrier and where you live, so we can’t promise a specific day. As a guide, most orders arrive within 2 to 7 business days after they ship, and rural areas can take a little longer. These are estimates only. Once you have a tracking number, you can follow the package yourself.
We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can use it on the carrier’s site to see where your package is.
If a delivery fails because the address was wrong, no one was home, or the package was refused, the carrier may return it to us. We’ll get in touch to sort it out. We can’t cover extra shipping charges caused by an incorrect address, so please double-check your details at checkout.
